Rest stops are usually between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on your journey.
The length and frequency of rest stops will vary depending on your route and total travel time. Scheduled stops are included in your journey timetable.
During longer stops, you may be asked to leave the coach while it is unattended. Your Coach Captain will let you know if this applies to your service.
When leaving the coach, we recommend taking note of the departure time and returning promptly. Coaches cannot be delayed for passengers who return late from a scheduled stop.
Tip: Before leaving the coach, make sure you take any personal items you may need during the stop. Coaches may be locked or unavailable for boarding until departure time.
