If you have left an item on a Greyhound coach or at a Greyhound travel centre, please let us know as soon as possible.
Lost items are taken to a central location, where they are held for up to three months.
To report a lost item, submit an enquiry via our Contact Us form with as much detail as possible, including your booking number, email address, phone number, service details and a description of the item. This helps us locate items more efficiently.
If your item is located, we will contact you to advise on collection or return options. Any return or freight costs are the responsibility of the item owner.
