What if I do not want to travel after receiving a disruption notice?

Modified on Wed, 18 Mar at 5:34 PM

If you are notified of a disruption before boarding and decide not to travel, you may request a refund in line with our standard refund policy. The eligibility and amount of your refund will depend on the fare type you purchased and the specific conditions attached to your ticket. For cancellations that are within our control, such as due to operational issues, some fare types or packages may be eligible for a full or partial refund, though a ten percent administration fee may apply in certain cases. However, if the cancellation is due to natural events like floods, fires, or cyclones, refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional restrictions—if a refund isn’t available, you may be able to claim through your travel insurance for any losses incurred. We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of your chosen fare when booking, as refund policies can vary. If you need assistance with your refund request, please contact our customer service team.
