What happens if the road is closed or the bus is cancelled?

We will notify you as soon as possible if your service is disrupted. If you are already travelling when the disruption occurs, you will have the option to return to your departure point and continue your journey at a later date, without incurring any additional charges. Your ticket will remain open dated for twelve months from the original travel date, giving you plenty of flexibility to reschedule your trip when it suits you best. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer service team for support.
