- Must be a standard suitcase, backpack, or duffel bag
- Boxes, oversized items, and loose articles are not permitted as carry‑on or checked baggage
Important things to know
- All luggage must be securely closed, easy to handle, and clearly labelled with your name and contact details
- Checked bags must be proper suitcases or travel bags, not boxes or non‑standard containers
- If your luggage exceeds the size or weight limits, additional fees may apply, and excess items may be charged at freight rates
- Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their own luggage at designated areas
