Yes. Greyhound tickets can be transferred to another passenger.
If you're no longer able to travel, you can transfer your ticket to someone else instead of cancelling the booking.
Please note that Travel Passes cannot be transferred and must be used by the passenger named on the original booking.
If you need to update a ticket, we recommend using the available self-service options through Manage Booking wherever possible.
Important: Eligible name changes can only be done through our Customer Experience Agents and booking fees may apply.
