How do I change my Greyhound ticket?

1. Go to Manage Booking. 
2. Enter your 8‑digit booking number and the email address used when booking. 
3. Select the trip you want to change. 
4. Choose a new date and time and confirm your changes.

• Whether you can change your ticket depends on the fare type you purchased and how close you are to departure. 
• Early Bird fares cannot be changed.
• Flexible fares can be changed up to 1 hour before departure, subject to seat availability.

• Destinations cannot be changed.
  
• Seat selection will not transfer onto your new travel
