How do I change my Greyhound ticket?

You can change an eligible Greyhound ticket online through Manage Booking.

To change your ticket:

Go to Manage Booking.
Enter your 8‑digit booking number and the email address used when booking.
Select the trip you want to change.
Choose a new date and time and confirm your changes.

Things to know:

Changes must be made before departure.
Whether you can change your ticket depends on the fare type you purchased and how close you are to departure.
Early Bird fares cannot be changed.
Advantage fares can be changed up to 24 hours before departure, subject to seat availability.
Flexible fares can be changed up to 15 minutes before departure, subject to seat availability.

When changing a ticket:

Destinations cannot be changed.
If your new trip costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the fare difference.
Optional extras such as seat selection or baggage may not automatically transfer.
