How do I get a refund for my travel pass or package?

Once you have commenced travel on a Pass or Package, or if you have completed one or more experiences or accommodation products included in a Package, there is no refund. 


If you have made the purchase and decide you no longer need it before you have made any trips, we can arrange a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee.
