After cancelling, your refund or exchange options depend on the type of ticket you purchased:
- Early Bird and Advantage Tickets: These tickets are not refundable. However, with an Advantage ticket, you can change the date and time of your booking (subject to availability and fare conditions).
- Flexible Tickets: If you purchased Travel Sure at the time of booking, you may be eligible for a refund. If you did not purchase Travel Sure, you can either change your travel time or cancel in exchange for an open dated ticket, which remains valid for up to twelve months from the original booking date.
