Before you start
Make sure you have:
- Your 8‑digit booking number (from your confirmation email)
- The email address used when booking
Important: Your ability to change a booking depends on the fare type you purchased and how close you are to departure. We've explained the fare types here - What are the different fare types?
Step 1: Go to Manage Booking
- Visit Manage Booking
Step 2: Log in to your booking
- Enter your booking number
- Enter your email address or phone number
- Select Manage Booking
Step 3: Check your fare type
Your fare type determines what changes are allowed:
- Early Bird – ❌ Cannot be changed
- Advantage – ✅ Can be changed up to 24 hours before departure, subject to seat availability
- Flexible – ✅ Can be changed up to 1 hour before departure, subject to availability
Step 4: Select “Change Booking”
- Choose the trip you want to change
- Select Change Date and Time
Step 5: Choose your new travel details
- Select a new date and time
- Please note - you will not be able to change the destination
- Available services will display based on your fare type and seat availability
Step 6: Review any fare difference
- If the new trip costs more, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference
Step 7: Confirm your changes
- Review the updated trip details
- Confirm the change
- Your new ticket will be emailed to you
Things to know
- Changes must be made before departure (cut‑off depends on fare type)
- Extras like seat selection or baggage may not automatically transfer
- If you’re unable to make changes, your ticket is more than likely not eligible for a change
