What happens if I miss a booked trip on my pass?

If you are travelling on a Whimit Travel Pass, you are able to rebook a new trip through the your My Bookings section on our website.  Whilst you can re-book a new trip, additional days will not be added to your pass.


To add a trip to your pass: 


  1. Log in with your MyGreyhound details.
  2. Once you’re logged in, go to the ‘My Bookings’ tab to find your active pass.
  3. Select the relevant pass and hit ‘Manage’. This will take you to the itinerary page.
  4. From there, click on ‘Add Travel Now’, choose your departure and destination points, and pick the date.
  5. Check availability to display the relevant trip options.
  6. Choose your preferred service and get set to enjoy!
