If you miss a trip booked on a Greyhound Whimit Travel Pass, you can simply book another trip.
No additional travel days will be added to your pass, but you won’t lose your remaining days as long as your pass is still valid.
You can book a new trip through your My Greyhound account or Manage Booking, subject to seat availability.
To add a trip to your pass:
- Log in with your MyGreyhound details.
- Once you’re logged in, go to the ‘My Bookings’ tab to find your active pass.
- Select the relevant pass and hit ‘Manage’. This will take you to the itinerary page.
- From there, click on ‘Add Travel Now’, choose your departure and destination points, and pick the date.
- Check availability to display the relevant trip options.
- Choose your preferred service and get set to enjoy!
