If you need more time to travel, you can add additional days to your Travel Pass online through Manage Booking.
Depending on your Travel Pass type, you may be able to add 1, 3, 5 or 10 additional travel days.
To add more days:
- Log in to Manage Booking using your booking number and email address, or into your My Greyhound account.
- Select your active Travel Pass.
- Choose the option to extend your pass.
- Select the number of additional days you'd like to add and complete payment.
Once your Travel Pass has been extended, you can continue booking and travelling within the updated validity period, subject to seat availability.
Helpful tip: If you're planning to travel during busy periods, we recommend extending your Travel Pass and reserving your seats as early as possible.
