Yes. Prams and unpowered wheelchairs travel free of charge and don't count towards your included baggage allowance.
If you're travelling with a wheelchair, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Wheelchairs that meet the required safety and size standards for in-wheelchair travel may be able to remain occupied during the journey.
If a wheelchair doesn't meet these requirements, you'll be asked to travel in a standard coach seat, with your wheelchair safely stored in the luggage compartment for the journey.
If you require additional assistance, are travelling with a mobility aid, or have accessibility requirements, you'll need to arrange this before you travel so we can support you as best as possible.
