If you're logged in to your My Greyhound account, your available G-Dollar balance will appear as a payment option during checkout for eligible bookings.
To use your G-Dollars:
- Log in to your My Greyhound account before making your booking.
- Select your travel and proceed to checkout.
- If G-Dollars are available for your booking, you'll see them listed as a payment option.
- Choose G-Dollars at the payment stage, and the value will be automatically applied from your G-Wallet.
If your G-Dollar balance doesn't cover the full cost of the booking, you can pay the remaining balance using one of Greyhound's accepted payment methods.
Helpful tip: Make sure you're signed in to your My Greyhound account before starting your booking, otherwise your G-Dollar balance won't be available at checkout.
