No. Under our Terms & Conditions, Early Bird ticket fares are non-refundable.
If Greyhound cancels your service, we'll automatically defer your travel for up to 12 months, giving you plenty of time to rebook on the same route through Manage Booking. Other options when Greyhound cancels a service, including G-Dollars or a refund, may also be available depending on the circumstances.
For more information, see What happens if Greyhound cancels my service?
Good to know
- Early Bird tickets can't be changed online. If your plans have changed, call our Customer Experience Team to discuss upgrading to a Flexible Fare. Fare differences and administration fees apply.
- If you cancel your ticket, a refund is not automatic, and the fare rules apply.
- If a cancelled service affects a return trip or connection, only the affected service will be deferred. Contact us if the cancellation impacts the rest of your journey with Greyhound.
