How do I get a refund for my Greyhound travel pass or package?

Refunds for Greyhound travel passes and packages depend on whether your travel has commenced or any included products have been used.

If you have already commenced travel on a Greyhound travel pass or package, or if you have used one or more experiences or accommodation products included in a package, a refund is not available.

If you have purchased a Greyhound travel pass or package but have not yet travelled or used any included experiences or accommodation, you may be eligible for a refund. In these cases, a refund can be arranged, less a 10% cancellation fee.

What you need to know before requesting a refund

  • Refund eligibility is based on whether travel has commenced and whether any package components have been used.
  • Once travel has started, or any package elements have been redeemed, refunds are no longer available.
  • Cancellation fees apply to unused travel passes and packages.
