Your luggage is already included in your booking, so there's no need to pay extra for the basics.
Every Greyhound booking includes a generous allowance:
- Two checked bags up to 20kg each
- One carry-on bag up to 8kg
Need more room? You can add extra baggage when booking your ticket before you travel.
Before you travel:
- Add any extra baggage before departure
- Label your luggage with your name and contact details
- Keep valuables, medication and travel documents in your carry-on bag
- Review our baggage restrictions, as some items can't travel onboard

Tip: Keep anything you'll need during the journey, such as chargers, medication and travel documents, in your carry-on bag for easy access. Make sure all valuables are carried with you at all times.
