We do not cover third-party or consequential costs, including flights, accommodation, transfers or tours, subject to Australian Consumer Law. If you have travel insurance, your insurer may be able to help.
Travel disruptions can occur on a live transport network. Where possible, we recommend allowing at least one hour between Greyhound connections, and longer for other third-party travel connections such as flights.
Greyhound is unable to cover third-party costs or independently arranged travel. If you choose not to travel and make alternative arrangements, any additional costs will be your responsibility. We are not responsible for losses or additional expenses related to other travel providers, including flights, accommodation, tours or other coach services.
Before you travel, we recommend checking our Service Updates page for the latest information. You can also use our Coach Tracker to see where your coach is in real time and how close it is to your departure or arrival location.
If your service is affected, we'll also send a notification by email and SMS (Australian mobile numbers only), helping you confirm whether the update relates to your journey.

Tip: When checking the Service Updates page, you may notice your service departure date is listed differently to your departure date. Some Greyhound services travel across multiple days, so updates are published against the service's original departure date.
