My Greyhound coach is late. What do I do?

Modified on Thu, 23 Apr at 7:43 PM

If your Greyhound coach is running late, check the Greyhound Coach Tracker first. It provides real time updates on your coach’s location, expected arrival information, and service changes.

Step 1: Check the Greyhound Coach Tracker
Use the Coach Tracker to confirm whether the delay has been reported and to see the latest updates. Greyhound customer service does not have access to more up to date ETAs than what is shown in the Coach Tracker, so there is no need to contact us just to confirm the arrival time.

Step 2: If you have a connection, check your next service
If the delay may cause you to miss a connecting Greyhound service, keep monitoring Coach Tracker and review your itinerary as early as possible so you can plan your next steps.

Step 3: Know the limits of tracking
Please note that hired replacement coaches cannot be tracked using Coach Tracker, so live tracking may not be available for those journeys.

How will I be notified about delays?
If there are unexpected delays or major changes to your service, Greyhound may notify you via email and SMS, provided you entered your contact details when booking.
