Should I contact Greyhound to get an ETA?

Modified on Thu, 23 Apr at 7:55 PM

No. You do not need to contact Greyhound to get an estimated arrival time (ETA).

The most accurate and up‑to‑date ETA is available through the Greyhound Coach Tracker. The Coach Tracker shows real‑time information about your coach’s location, expected arrival times, and any service changes.

Greyhound Customer Service does not have access to more current ETAs than what is displayed in the Coach Tracker.

Checking the Coach Tracker is always the fastest and most reliable way to see where your coach is and when it is expected to arrive.

If there are major delays or significant changes to your service, Greyhound may notify you by email or SMS, provided you entered your contact details when booking.

Important things to know

  • The Greyhound Coach Tracker provides the most accurate ETA available.
  • Greyhound Customer Service cannot provide a more precise arrival time than what appears in the Coach Tracker.
  • Email and SMS notifications are not guaranteed for all delays.
  • Hired or replacement coaches may not appear in the Coach Tracker.
