Modified on Tue, 29 Sep at 6:07 AM

We're committed to making Greyhound travel as safe, comfortable and accessible as possible. Whether you're travelling with a wheelchair, mobility aid, assistance animal or carer, we're here to help you plan your journey with confidence.

Greyhound's Easy Access coaches are designed to support passengers with accessibility requirements and are equipped with a wheelchair lift to assist with boarding and disembarking.

To help us prepare for your journey, we recommend contacting us at least 48 hours before travel.

Before you travel
  • Contact us at least 48 hours before departure
  • Let us know about any mobility or accessibility requirements
  • Advise us if you're travelling with a wheelchair, mobility aid, assistance animal or carer
