No. Pets are not permitted on Greyhound services.
We understand that pets are part of the family, however only certified assistance and support animals are permitted to travel onboard Greyhound coaches.
If you're travelling with an assistance or support animal, we recommend contacting us before you travel so we can help plan your journey and discuss any requirements.
Good to know
- Pets cannot travel on Greyhound services.
- Certified assistance and support animals are permitted.
- Animals must be appropriately trained and remain under your control throughout the journey.
- We ask that you carry your certification, identification and any relevant paperwork when travelling.
- Please bring anything your animal may need while travelling, including water, food, medications and absorbent matting or puppy pads for comfort breaks and toileting requirements.
