Do I need to sign anything when travelling during a Greyhound disruption?

Modified on Thu, 23 Apr at 8:13 PM

In some situations, you may be asked to sign a Greyhound Natural Disaster Declaration Form.

This typically occurs when you choose to travel during a declared natural disaster or severe weather event, such as floods, fires, or cyclones. The form acknowledges that road and travel conditions may be affected and that services could be delayed, diverted, or cancelled due to factors outside Greyhound’s control.

You will only be asked to sign this declaration if there is a known risk and the service is operating under special conditions.
