Do I need to travel with a carer?

Modified on Tue, 29 Sep at 6:09 AM

If you require assistance beyond what our Coach Captains and Greyhound team members can reasonably provide, such as a steady hand, you may need to travel with a carer.

A carer may be required if assistance is needed with:

  • Personal care
  • Medication
  • Transfers on and off the coach
  • Accessing facilities
  • Ongoing support during travel

To make travelling easier, Greyhound offers a 50% discount on the adult fare for one approved carer travelling on the same booking and service.
