All passengers travelling with Greyhound must meet our Independent Travel Conditions.
This means passengers must be able to:
- Understand and follow directions provided by a Coach Captain or Greyhound team member.
- Travel without requiring assistance beyond that is normally provided to all passengers.
Our Coach Captains can provide basic assistance, such as a steadying arm or helping hand.
Passengers who require assistance with personal care, medication, transfers, mobility, comfort needs or accessing facilities may need to travel with a carer.
If you're unsure whether the Independent Travel Conditions apply to you, please reach out to us before travelling.
