Can I get a refund for an unused Travel Pass?

Modified on Tue, 29 Sep at 6:46 AM

Yes. An unused Travel Pass can be refunded if travel has not commenced and the Pass has not expired. A 10% cancellation fee applies.

Remember you don't have to cancel your pass if your travel plans have changed. You have up to 12 months to use the pass, just make sure you update your trips on your pass, if you have booked any trips, but haven't travelled yet.

Important: If you booked through one of our travel agents, you would need to reach out to the agent directly to cancel your pass/booking. Terms and Conditions may differ.

Still need a hand with your pass?
