Can I get a refund because my service is delayed?

Modified on Tue, 29 Sep at 6:42 AM

Usually, no. Greyhound services operate on a live transport network. Traffic, roadworks, weather, road closures and operational safety requirements can affect departure and arrival times.

Minor or moderate delays are not generally eligible for a refund when the service is still delivered safely and substantially as intended. A remedy may be considered where a delay is so significant that the service can no longer reasonably fulfil its purpose, or where Australian Consumer Law applies.
